If you have a store on the Shopify platform, you can easily connect it to Hellotext.
By connecting your Shopify store, you will be able to track all your customers’ activities, automatically creating profiles with their data and updating them with their activity in real time.
The following activities are automatically tracked:
- Products viewed
- Abandoned carts
- Cart updates
- Completed orders
- Updated orders
